These terms apply to your use of streetteelab.com and to every purchase from Street Tee Lab, operated by 5519 Tee Street LLC, 340 Golden Gate Ave, Belvedere, CA 94920, United States. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you paid, we refund you in full.
2. Products
All items are printed on demand. Product photos are mockups; small differences in color, print placement (about 1–2 cm) and fabric shade are normal and are not defects. Please check the size chart before ordering.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Taxes and shipping are shown before payment. Payment is taken when you place your order.
4. Shipping, returns and privacy
Delivery, refunds and the use of your data are covered by our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy, which form part of these terms.
5. Intellectual property
All designs, images, text and logos on this site belong to Street Tee Lab or are used with permission. You may not copy, resell or reproduce them without written consent. If you believe a design infringes your rights, email support@streetteelab.com with details and we will review it promptly.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with its security, or to submit false information.
7. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses or for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws in your country.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer laws where you live.
